Alex Horn, Managing Partner and Founder of BridgeInvest, has been instrumental in expanding its global distribution channels over the past decade, creating a nationally recognized origination platform. Responsible for the company’s investment decisions and long-term business goals, Horn has successfully served as the portfolio manager for five private equity funds and deployed $1.5 billion across more than 100 transactions. Prior to founding BridgeInvest, Horn was a member of the Strategy & New Ventures team at SecondMarket (acquired by NASDAQ), where he was responsible for establishing new business lines for the firm and helping with larger-scale strategic initiatives.

Partner of BridgeInvest since 2012. Investment Committee member of Fund I, Fund II and Fund III. Ian oversees capital origination, fund management, finance and investor relations at BridgeInvest. Ian has closed over $1 billion of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ian was a member of the Alternative Investments group at Credit Suisse where he helped oversee $30 billion of assets under management in the Americas across private equity and hedge fund strategies. Ian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, graduating with honors.

Partner of BridgeInvest since 2013. Jon oversees loan origination and underwriting at BridgeInvest. In his role as Partner of BridgeInvest, Jon has expanded the company’s presence in new markets including Texas, Georgia and the Carolinas. While at BridgeInvest, Jon has closed over $1 billion of commercial real estate loans. Prior to BridgeInvest, Jon was an Acquisitions Associate with Resource Real Estate where he was charged with the deployment of a $1 billion private REIT focused on the acquisition and work-out of non-performing commercial real estate and real estate related debt throughout the United States. Jon is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in both finance and real estate.

Daniel is the Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at BridgeInvest. Daniel is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day management, including regulatory compliance, operations, finance, asset management and special servicing. Daniel has over 10 years of experience operating and managing loan portfolios, construction and real estate financing, and project management.  Prior to BridgeInvest, Daniel was a Bankruptcy/Specialty Accounts Manager at a large national commercial bank, where he led teams of Specialists focused on managing a portfolio of high-risk property loans. Daniel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Trent is a Director of Asset Management for BridgeInvest, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of loans from closing through payoff. Prior to BridgeInvest, Trent was a Senior Consultant within Deloitte Advisory’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice where he advised large international government clients on portfolio challenges across real estate valued in excess of $1.0B. Prior to joining Deloitte, he managed over $100 million in large infrastructure and construction projects in the DC metro market for Shirley Contracting Company including high rise government facilities, highway improvements, and underground utilities. Trent is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration.

Fernando is a Director at BridgeInvest responsible for investor relations and capital origination. Fernando has more than 15 years of capital markets experience and specializes in developing long-term relationships with capital providers across the globe. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Fernando was a Director of TRX’s Real Estate Private Equity Fund. Earlier in his career, he worked for institutions such as Bradesco and Rabobank in Brazil. Fernando holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.

Trent is a Vice President of Originations and Underwriting, responsible for deal origination, underwriting and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Trent served as a Director of Investments for Flagship Capital Partners, where he led the firm’s Dallas office and worked with entrepreneurial project sponsors to originate and structure custom tailored equity and debt financing solutions. Prior to joining Flagship Capital Partners, he served as President for Home National Bank, leading the Kansas and Oklahoma lending and deposit gathering activities, and subsequently managed Freedom Mortgage’s regional CMBS originations team for the Southwest before leading principal acquisitions teams for SOHO Realty Partners and Fairway America Funds. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University, graduating magna cum laude, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and Professional Master of Banking from Louisiana State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Andrew is a Vice President of Originations and Underwriting, responsible for deal origination, underwriting and deal execution. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Andrew was a Vice President at Santander within the Commercial Real Estate Banking Group.  Andrew directly contributed to the financing of real estate valued in excess of $1.5 Billion while also actively managing over $1 Billion in loan commitments.  Andrew is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst as well as Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration

Natalia is Vice President of Finance and Accounting for BridgeInvest, responsible for leading finance and accounting for the company and its funds. Natalia brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to the position, having previously served as Global Finance Project Manager for Mercer among other accounting and controller roles in the United States and Latin American locations. After Mercer, she served as Co-Founder and Controller for Volta Realty Group, a Miami-based boutique luxury high-end residential real estate investment and property management firm. Natalia is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in accounting, as well as a degree in Organic Chemistry.

Margieric is a Vice President of Compliance and Operations, responsible for overseeing the company’s daily workflow and maintaining and enforcing compliance policies and procedures.  Margieric brings over 24 years of compliance and operations experience having previously served in similar roles at organizations such as Oppenheimer & Co. and UBS.  Margieric is a graduate of Rollins College where she studied economics and Latin American and Caribbean studies.

Aaron is Vice President of Legal at BridgeInvest, responsible for overseeing special servicing and legal process. Before joining BridgeInvest, Aaron founded a company focused on reducing patient medical debt. Prior to that, he was an attorney for a national law firm, representing developers and general contractors in complex construction and commercial litigation. He is an active member of the Florida Bar. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Brian is a Vice President of Originations and Underwriting responsible for deal origination, underwriting and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Brian was a Vice President with Galaxy Realty Capital, where he worked on originations, asset management, fundraising, and investor relations for funds comprising $300 million under management. Before joining Galaxy, Brian served as a Loan Originations Associate for TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: TRTX). While at TPG, Brian worked through the closing of approximately $1 billion of commercial real estate loans for multifamily, office, hotel, retail, and land properties throughout the United States. Prior to working on loan originations, Brian served as an Asset Manager at Situs Asset Management, where he managed a $750 million loan portfolio for TPG Real Estate Finance Trust. Brian is a graduate of Herbert Business School at University of Miami.

Priscila is a Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for leading investor reporting, onboarding, compliance, tax and investor relations. In a previous role, she led finance, accounting, and reporting for the company and its series of credit funds. Prior to BridgeInvest, Priscila was an Accounting Manager with Accolade Construction and Breakstone Homes. Priscila is a graduate of Florida International University, where she majored in Finance.

Tyler is a Vice President at BridgeInvest responsible for leading capital markets, strategy and fund management. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Tyler was an Associate within PwC’s Real Estate and Asset Management practice, where he advised sovereign wealth funds and other large international investors on how to efficiently deploy capital. Tyler holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he graduated with honors and is an active member of the New York Bar.

Alec is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Alec worked in Goldman Sachs’ Private Wealth Management division, where he supported his team in managing a business in excess of $3 billion. Alec is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Finance and Accounting and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Viviana is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for leading finance and accounting for the company and its funds. She previously served as an accountant at Riesco and Company, LLC, and brings more than a decade of tax and accounting experience, including specialized knowledge in treasury reporting for political campaigns. Viviana is a graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned a Master of Professional Accounting.

Angela is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for operations, compliance and asset management. Angela is a graduate of the University of Miami’s College of Arts and Sciences where she studied Economics and Urban Studies.

Christian is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for asset management, operations, and deal execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Christian worked as an originations analyst at ESR Group in London, where he focused on pan-European principal investments and dispositions. Before joining ESR, Christian worked as an Economic Attaché and Sr. Technical Officer at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Christian holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Florida.

Shayne is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Shayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida College of Business and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.

Josh is an Associate at BridgeInvest responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Prior to BridgeInvest, Josh worked as an Associate at BDO in an international tax group, where he advised multinational corporations on repatriating earnings and federal tax compliance matters. Before joining BDO, Josh worked with Rialto Capital’s Special Servicing Division in their Non-transfer Performing Loans group. Josh received his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami and is an active member of the Florida Bar.

Fernanda is an Analyst at BridgeInvest responsible for investor reporting, onboarding, compliance, tax and investor relations. Prior to joining BridgeInvest Fernanda worked at the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami. Fernanda holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.

Daniela is an Analyst at BridgeInvest, responsible for capital markets, fund management and capital origination. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Daniela was an Investment Valuation analyst at Credigy Solutions, responsible for performing valuations of Investment opportunities and informing Investment decisions in the consumer finance space. Daniela is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she studied Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Hugo is an Analyst at BridgeInvest responsible for deal origination, underwriting and execution. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from McGill University.

Simon is an Analyst at BridgeInvest responsible for asset management, operations and due diligence. Simon is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration, where he concentrated in Real Estate Development.

Casten is an Analyst at BridgeInvest responsible for asset management, operations, and due diligence. Casten is a graduate of University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, where he concentrated on Real Estate & Finance.

Ekaterina is the Marketing Coordinator for BridgeInvest, responsible for managing all marketing efforts undertaken to grow BridgeInvest’s capital base and increase BridgeInvest’s origination platform. Prior to joining BridgeInvest, Ekaterina was a Pre-Construction and Marketing Coordinator at John Moriarty & Associates. Ekaterina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics.

Joshua is a Staff Accountant at BridgeInvest responsible for finance and accounting for the company and its funds. Joshua is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Joshua previously worked as a Tax Associate at Citrin Cooperman, where he focused on Income Tax Preparation.

Maria is the Executive Assistant to Alex Horn, overseeing scheduling, communications, and daily operations. Maria brings over 17 years of office management and administration experience from her previous role at Campus Construction Group, Inc. in Miami. Maria studied Art & Psychology at Miami Dade College.
