Established in 2011, by Alex Horn, to take advantage of inefficiencies in the CRE lending market resulting from a stringent regulatory environment and growing demand for flexible and efficient financing for CRE assets, BridgeInvest built a vertically-integrated, institutional-quality platform that specializes in creative financing solutions for transitional CRE assets that target attractive risk-adjusted returns and capital preservation for investors.

Since inception, BridgeInvest has focused on middle-market CRE loans with principal amounts between $10 million and $100 million. By being exclusively dedicated to this market segment, BridgeInvest has honed its ability to thoroughly underwrite investments as well as understand and mitigate risks by implementing customized loan structures that meet its borrowers’ needs.

The company manages a series of diversified funds that offer investors with a yield enhancement tool for their fixed income portfolios that seeks to be uncorrelated to the broader markets and provide downside protection.
